About Us

Stephanotis Finance Limited ('the Company') is a public limited company domiciled in India and incorporated on 30th April, 1985 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. The Company has received a Certificate of Registration dated 26th May 1998 from the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') to carry on the business of Non-Banking Financial Institution ('NBFC') without accepting public deposits and the equity shares of the Company are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange ("BSE") in India.

The Company is engaged in the business of Financial Services and has been set up purely to service the needs of its clients. It provides a total financial experience tailored to professionals, self-employed and SME's (small / medium business enterprise). As a finance brokerage, experience is not limited to any one area of the finance industry.
